Worst Host on the Internet
Save your self the time and trouble, this host is going to screw up everything with your site. My site is currently down and I can even contact customer support because they are offline most of the time!! Don't screw yourself over and DONT use webserve!!!

OK host, the price is right, system performance is good
Not the best experience in the past, but issues were always been resolved once you can contact them.
Last couple years since major changes to the company, very pleased now with the fast online customer service and products available.

My site has been down most of the time...multiple calls, poor results!
since i switched my hosting with them 6 months ago, my site has been down over and over, i call and call, and waited sometimes for over 30min, they fix it, and then in 2 or 3 days is down again. Sometime they down answer at all, very disappointed!!!

Was nervous, but overall a great investment
After I chose Webserve as hosting provider, I was nervous with all the bad comments regarding them (fraudulent, scams, etc...). But now, all I can say is they are reliable, honest, and they answer fast (sale, support). Been 4 months like that. Real cheap

Scam
Very poor service and have never returned a request, ive been asking to get my domain transferred for weeks and still no contact. I write daily with no responses. Idiots!

Terrible service for poor reputation
Good price but have poor reputation, emails are rejected for that reason and it has been over a month with the same issue.

Scam!! Avoid them completely!
Entered domain name wrong on signup. Tried support to fix, couldn't find contact info anywhere, what I could find was out of service. Quickly realized I needed to go elsewhere and cancelled cc payment. Still get charges from them, can't login to cancel!!

Never try this cheap company!
I cancelled my account three years ago. My account is disabled and I cannot login. But they STILL SENDING ME INVOICES!

This company is probably committing Fraud and getting away with it.
They send misleading billing and will over charge your credit cards. They do not bill at the same time every month so it makes it harder to detect over charging. They will never cancel your account even if the servers are down for months. No refunds.

Garbage company
You can never reach anyone when the site goes down. And I've tried to log in and can't. And the site is down every time I go to check it and I'm not sure how long its been down.
