Worst provider ever
My Web service is down for a week and cant get to these people to fix it properly. Now that they have 'restored' my mail service, I cant send or receive emails. Haven't experienced such awful service.

Awful service
Tech support is awful. They do not understand problems and not try to solve them. My VPS is not reachable for already 20h and nobody cares about it.

Terrible to deal with
Registered a couple .ca domains with them only to have them delisted and transferring the domains has been a real pain. Had the system hang up on me after waiting on the phone for 15 mins to find out why they haven't emailed me the changes weeks late

Stay away
Hve been with them for five years. They were recently deregistered so had to move my domain registration. Cost me to fix their problem. Technical support is the worst I have ever experience. When they get back to you they don't understand English.

Horrendous technical support. Only one tech has a decent command of english. Canadian Company? Really? Site goes down at random and my index.html just vanishes into the ether. Servers are fast when they work, but may block you or your clients' IP.

Stay Away! Our site has been down for days. One of their servers broke so they moved site to another server. They emailed telling us to change the NS but their cpanel to change NS was down. They would not fix NS until we requested formally by email. VBAD!

Hosting my website with Webserve has been one the best decision I have made since my business start-up. They are professional and on top of their game. They know what you really need and are ready to assist you on getting it up and running

255 words to few to describe DANGER of associating your business with this company, but I'll try. $200 for 2 days of unacceptably poor hosting - no refund. 2 botched domain renewals. Today I have no website. No email. THEY HAVE PUT ME OUT BUSINESS!

Please do your homework and review all hosting companies before making a decision to go with Webserve. Their support is terrible and does not make this company worth the effort or cost to move to. I am regretting my decision now.
