Terrible service
I have been trying for a week to get hold of them by telephone email and live chat. No response. Their toll free line is not in service. My site has been unreachable twice in the past week.

Unacceptable
One of the worst hosts I've ever worked with. Site was down for four days - live chat didn't work, calling leads to voice mail. Was told I needed to upgrade to a dedicated server! DO NOT USE THIS HOSTING COMPANY

awful customer service and support

are not .ca registered anymore. had to transfer my .ca domain to another of their account. was supposed to get a free year for that. Impossible to get it.

Webserve Canada methods and support are awful
In trying to add a domain to my account. Their billing process failed and they gave my an ultimatum. I couldn't reach any support. A 2nd email threatened to suspend my account. I have yet to reach a real person.

Stay away....
Horrible just horrible customer service/ tech support. Once they have your money they just don't care. I would not use this company at all. If you feel like throwing money away the here you go.

dreadful
When I started they were great. But since, my site has been hacked into twice - I was unable to contact them through chat or skype. I got though on the phone, and they "magically" had everything transfered within a day. Very weird and glad I am out.

One of the best hosts I have ever used
We have been with them for 7 yrs, we have had few issues but they been taken care of promptly, one of their servers had issue and we requested to move to another server since then no problem at all, I highly recommend them for anyone looking for good host

My website has disappeared with no notice several times in a year
I keep finding out by accident that webserve has, bad, shut down my website and, worse, replaced it with some porn thing. tech support is no use - will not answer the simple question why?! billing is a mess - great confusion over rates, invoicing properly

You know S#$t happens, I can accept that, but when it does, you kind of expect someone to help out.
