I have been with these guys for a while now, 8 years to be exact. They have recently cut the hosting prices by 50%. their Tech support team are handling issues very professionally and billing guys are so helpful. Asking me, I would say one the best!

A reliable host with a huge variety of packages and options. Professional Customer service/Tech support. I have experienced couple of tech difficulties which were resolved pretty fast. Problems happen with any host but these guys take care of it shortly!

One of the best hosting companies I have ever tried, we've been with them since 02 and never had any issues, reading the complains and most of them are related to domain or billing issues not the actual hosting which they are great at! Highly recommended.

They have got good variety of packages with reasonable prices. Their support team has recently been changed and the new guys are very helpful with good understanding of the work they are doing. Most importantly : they are local!

Toxic! Stay away from these guys! Took my money to register a domain name, which they never registered. A year later, they tried to bill me for the domain renewal! Customer support is non-existant. Absolutely fraudulent company!

"They" are a one man show. No service, fraudulent behaviour, and will keep charging your credit card after you've cancelled. Stay away. The guy is probably overseas, living off the signup fees etc... that people pay until they get no help or service.

Used them for a year in 2008. No technical support 24/7 for urgent issue, only a ticket is created and help a few days later from head office during PST business hours. Staff can barely speak English and have near to non existing notion of custom service

Don't waste your time and energy! There is no support person. The company too long to respond to and fix problems. They take payment for fees (I'm not going to use the term service) and then not renewed with licencing authorities! It is a one man show.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Worst service in every sense, customer service, tech support, billing, everything. My site was down for over 2 MONTHS at one point. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
