Purchased a domain name I never got!!
In January I registered a domain name through webserve. I never got the domain name and had to register it last night with someone else. Can't get help. No chat. No toll free. Where the hell are they!?
Unsure of date I joined.

Website died, unable to load site or login to control panel. They responded to initial email. Claimed problem was fixed but nothing was fixed (or at least noticable) --no followup to non-existant website or server access.

Run away as fast as you can!!!
Customer service is non-existent. Online support system has been offline for weeks now. My email/domain has been down more times than up for the last month. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Maybe they are going bankrupt...

Terrible service and horrible experience
It was a nightmare working with WebServe Canada. In 3 months, server was down 5 times and one downtime lasted 3 days. Finally had to switch to a different company. But WebServe didn't refund me util I sued them. Watch out and stay away from them.

Worst Company I Have Every Had to Deal With
I have been calling for days and never once spoke to anyone. I've sent countless messages, left voice mails, the 24/7 chat is always offline and half of the phone numbers do not work. They locked themselves out of my account and will not fix the problem

I have had problems with them for years. They bill you for hosting plans you don't have. When you try to contact them the main office is closed ), the online help desk can't be accessed, e-mails get you no where and their toll free #s are out of service

please! i wanted to speack with a manager for long time and an indian woman, her name is silvia, she started to insulting me like hell, she doesn't understand inglish very well, i really wasnt able to understand her, she cant be in customer service.

Their billing system is a mess, they can't fix mistakes.
Webserve bills me every year for a non-existent hosting contract. For three years in a row, I've had to contact them - repeatedly - to get them to acknowledge their mistake and cancel the bill. They can't seem to fix it. Stay away, they are incompetent.

OK if you don't want reliability or service.
Initially OK, some minor outages, experienced quite a few timeouts. Recently - major outage/server failure? Non-existant customer service (I really don't think they know what that means) No Live-Talk, no service phone! Now with another provider.

One word pretty well sums it up. Terrible. Unable to get through to Billing or Tech Support, only Sales after long wait. Unfortunately that person can't help solve anything. Phone calls all go nowhere. Finally moved to another hosting company.
