Great Customer Service!
I called to set up my account and again later to get help transferring my old site to the new hosting. Everyone I talked to was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I never felt rushed and didn't have to wait on hold. I won't hesitate to call again!

Solid value, good buy
I've found InMotion the best of the half-dozen web hosts I've used over the past ten years. Tech support responds quickly and appropriately without a lot of finger-pointing or boilerplate. Very satisfied so far.

More than expected
Most people dread contacting support through any company; Never knowing what you're going to get in return. I have to say though.. The couple of times I've had to contact over the years - So far, I've been impressed with speed and quality of support.

Problems with Email Address Book
Over 10 minutes to talk to a technician. A backup was used for problem, but it was not resolved and no other solutions were offered. Later I released the changes I has made just before call were in place, so no backup was actually in place! Wasted time.

You have failed me for the last time.
After ten months I have left IMH for Bluehost. The quality of IMH just wasn't suitable for my needs. They really need to spend time looking at their services from a customer's point of view and they might start to understand why they are failing.
