Overall, an uncommonly good experience.
Transition from old Web host was smooth, tech support was excellent. Recently I added a domain and needed tech support. The email support seemed like robo-replies, but the issue was eventually resolved. Response time has always been good. Uptime 100%.

We're kind of stuck with these guys until our contract is up and not happy with their lack of response and accountability. They seem to be all about self-promotion of how "great" their customer service is but it's not. Very disappointed

When we contact tech support, the support team's response is fast and courteous. When InMotion's server is up and running speed is fine and everything is great. However, there is more time when the server is not accessible than we would like
