this was a quick chat and very efficient - excellent advice. I think you should have an N/A category on the survey because some of these items don't apply but as always you guys are the greatest! Not sure whether I started in 2008 or 2009.

Okay, my website has been suspended a few times because of "Intensive Convert Processes" but overall I'm very satisfied, especially with tech support and the speed of my Gallery2!!!

Spoke with customer support via chat. I had changed my package and didn't realize it would be effective immediately. I panicked and contacted them to cancel the transaction and the support team did immediately. Checked up on me the next day

Everything is great. As usual
Quick question and everything worked.
Log in screen asked for email and password.
The @symbol and following text .com caused the log in fail. So, just use id name without the rest of the email address information.

Not good anymore
Years ago this was a number 1 provider, not any longer.
During the past few years we have received several downtime reports.
When we attempt to discuss with Inmotion they typically deny it, we have kept all the emails. Their servers were hacked twice

VPS Limitations and Automatic Site Kills Aren't Helping
I've had my network of sites down 4 times within the last 60 days for various server limits on my VPS account. While I understand the need for limits in a shared environment, just taking down my whole network without a notification is a major downfall.

Usually very good
Service can be hit or miss - sometimes excellent and sometimes lacking. Sometimes emails never returned or staff inexperienced and I have to waste a lot of time. Sometimes very quick and helpful. Overall I'm satisfied, but tenuously.

Great features, great value, great support
Just had my first need to contact InMotion Hosting tech support, and I was very pleased. The rep SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH!! And he also quickly resolved our issue.

I am glad InMotion was recommended to me, and I will likely recommend them to others.
