email service is very poor
Spam assassin doesn't really work. Email overall is very poor. Why not offer a pay-4-service that removes obvious spam? I called 2X to ask about spam fixes and 2guys gave contradictory advice. 1 emailed fixes that didn't apply. a waste of my time.

getting worth
I started to use InMotion a couple of years ago.
Their services, technical supports, and uptime was much better at that time. Recently, I experience my website-down frequently, and I am not so pleasant

Brilliant Technical Support
Our website was hijcked.
InMotion Hosting acted immediately to rid the website of the malicious code & ensure we regained control of the website.

My fault, They fixed
I very much accidently renamed a folder and then realized I did not have a back up. Customer service went into the server backup and got me the original file. I did all this through chat and it took less than 15inutes. I was saved hours of rework.

In the past year since I have used InMotion Hosting, I have had 5 occations when I needed technicial support or just general information to advance by beginner level knowledge base in website creation. In every instance, InMotion has been very helpful.
