chating disconnect
during online chating, the system kept disconnecting me from your operators. I have to keep on repeating myself on the problem to your operator. I feel like a parrot.

The extra mile
I'm recovering domain ownership and control from a defunct host (like that ever happens!). inMotion helped me through the steps of determining who to contact to recover user ID and password for the account and helped me move it to them.

Hacked resolved in a very timely manner
I had my web hacked.
Received e-mail from google.
Contacted support at Inmotion and they resolved the issue immediately. They sent instructions on how to contact google for a review and the web site was again available and up and running the same day.

Security concerns not addressed.
My website is merely a placeholder. So the fact that it was hacked twice had little real impact. My concern is that both times I requested that someone accountable for security contact me. This was promised twice yet I was never called.

Love your support, but your recent outages have been a bit traumatic; I wasn't notified for either outage and extended outages like you've experienced should come with an apology and a discount on my next hosting renewal.
