Just started my new job at a company that uses these for hosting. They constantly decide to take a crap on me at random intervals throughout the month, my boss is blaming "the new I.T. guy", want more downtime? these guys are great!

Appalling customer support. My site has been down for 2 days now and I requested to solve this by installing a back up! They informed me this had been done and upon checking cpanel found they had lied! Blatant lies and terible customer support. Do not use

They messed up my database tables twice, site was down for at least 30 minutes everyday (monitored using hostracker), also they deleted some of my files once accidentally. $1 a month, only use if you have a site you don't care about.

I have been with them for a while now and they have been nothing but great.
i have maybe had 2 things go wrong in the few years i have been there and it was nothing big and they fixed it within 5 min of me reporting it.

You pay for what you get. Absolute waste of time. Support are USELESS. Server keeps on shutting down and ive paid for UNLIMITED. They are absolute RUBBISH. Wish i could use stronger language. Worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad uptime, ftp client disconnects all the time. Although I bought "unlimited" bandwidth the server overloaded and my site suspended in a few hours. Finally .exe files are not allowed. The only plus is the very cheap price.

By FAR the worst I have ever HAD to date, far too much downtime and blowing smoke up my butt to pacify me. I moved to new hosting!!

Super bad!! damn pissed with their customer service. Can't use email from day 1, they fix it only to have the problem come back again. Can totally forget about them.

My ticket to them is open for 1 month then close for no reason, then i open it again f

My site would continue to go down, and when it was up, it would be slow. Sometimes, if I was lucky, it would act normal, and everything would work.

I would suggest to NOT go with this host. Although you get what you paid for. I moved to hostgator.

- stats gone
- slow speeds or time outs
- exploits
and a support that thinks I'm a moron.
Do not take them as a provider!!
