Super bad!! damn pissed with their customer service. Can't use email from day 1, they fix it only to have the problem come back again. Can totally forget about them.

My ticket to them is open for 1 month then close for no reason, then i open it again f

My site would continue to go down, and when it was up, it would be slow. Sometimes, if I was lucky, it would act normal, and everything would work.

I would suggest to NOT go with this host. Although you get what you paid for. I moved to hostgator.

Uptime was appalling through 3ix. I contacted them and asked them to check 3 of my sites using Joomla. The next day they told me they had decided to re-install them. Upon checking I discovered they had completely deleted my sites!! Months of hard work gon

Signed up for the Excel plan ($44/year, 5 GB storage, cPanel, ClickBe, Fantastico, etc.) They were nice and responsive prior to my purchase.
Trouble started right after signing up: ClickBe didn't work. Asked them to fix it. They made a number of attempts
