DO NOT USE FOR PRODUCTION WORK!!!

Mocha Host is just a SCAM.They deactivated my account after getting paid in full for 3 years in advance. The customer service is dumb, rude and pain in the rear. I never had a chance to communicate with anyone with commonsense. Performance is terrible.

I never recieved my welcome email and I paid upfront. The domain was "free" and then I paid extra for private registration. I canceled.They only gave me a partial refund and kept the rest for domain and private reg but all my info is on whois.com
Company Response: Your WHOIS is in fact protected and you can confirm that by doing a whois. Domain fees are non-refundable per our terms. We have no fault here.
