Horrible Horrible customer service, they simply ignore all emails sent to the billing department.

They do not return phone calls.

Company Response: It is too bad that you are posting review using fake email and fake domain name. We do in fact return calls (our support is via callback) and our billing response time 24-48 hours depending on the issue.

I am very upset with this company. I should have read all the reviews here. I agree with most of the reviewers here. They advertise the plans and then when its time to install the free features they ask money for that. I signed up for windows host
