Hello Everyone

Please be careful with Mochahost when you buy webhosting with money back guarantee. Their technical support seems to be the worst in the market and they haven't got a clue what they do. They say support is a free so we cannot complain


Company Response: Dear John, Our 30 days money back guarantee is valid, but as stated in our T&Cs, it is not covering anything outside the hosting fees (in your case – the upgrade).

This is the worst hosting company I have ever used. I lost the whole control panel of my VPS 3 times in 2 months time. I was told that I can't get my refund as I upgraded my package so it's not convered by thier so-call 180days-risk-free wanranty.

In July 2010 I sign up with them. It took me 5 days!!! to enter into my cPanel. When I submit a ticket was no answer for days!!! On 6 day I cancel my account. Was waiting for money for weeks!!! after pushing and pushing them for refund. STAY AWAY!!!

Company Response: Dear Yuriy, I have checked the ticket history and I wasn’t able to locate the ticket that you have mentioned – cPanel login issue. As you have been informed by our billing team, the refund went out with out weekly batch.

I would NOT recommend MochaHost to anyone for their Tomcat / Java packages nor their VPS packages. Their servers are not very stable and their customer support has terrible attitudes! The only plus is their price, which I can now see why...

Our webiste has been down for hours, not minutes, hours, it seems like the hosting is being run by retards, it happens few days a week, I can't believe they are not able to keep a server running, stay away from this place.

Mochahost is absolutely shocking. I have had nothing but problems with them over the last six months. My VPS was so slow they moved it to another server, which is now so slow they are offering to move me again. Customer and tech support are useless.

Worst support possible I think they have no tech support available. Minimum time for response to any kind of support is 8 hours. The support priority like low, critical are actually joke, they have nothing like critical. all are treated low.

worst web hosting company. there tech accidentally deleted my database and they had no backups !!!!!!!!!!! can you believe that?

when i asked for refund they said they can't refund my money but they will send check, after that i never heard from them
