We have been hosting our sites for less than a month.
Mochahost servers have discontinued our service for a total of almost 24 hours for technical reasons (unexplained).
Feedback from technical support is slow (5 to 12 hours) and useless,

Now their support service is very good. You will get its reply instantly by online chatting. I will recommend mochahost for VPS services.

Horrible - Disgusting
Waiting on day 7 for my upgraded VPS account to become activated. My screen incorrectly shows as suspended, even though this account is not. All our communication is a Catch-22. They will not remove flag!

its the worst service providor i have seen ever. they suspended my account for high use and not even let me download my data. I never got a good reply for ticket. its allways a single line reply with no solution and its ofcourse after 10 - 20 hrs.

My majority of the problems are solved in due course of time, but mail bouncing problem with Yahoo id's is not yet rectified. I am facing this problem since more than 40 days. Please try to solve it on the highest priority.

Techs likely understaffed, undertrained, underpaid, underappreciated, overworked. Customer thus not served well. ONLY way to win with support is patience, compliments, gratitude. Really. If you will be hurt by 2 or 3 days downtime, go elsewhere.
