After giving me a wrong advice to upgrade the plan; i ended up being accused for trying to take advantage. Horrible Customer Service. Avoid them if you plan to grow. Not so bad for personal web page, if you don't mind occasional downtime and slow speed.

Terrible support technical abilities, terrible attitude towards the
customers, complete lack of the engagement, total ignorance of the
users, very unfair practices. I've been almost forced to move to the VPS which tuned out to be disaster!

I signed up for a Vps through MochaHost, and their service and support was the worst I have ever come across.

The Vps was not setup correctly, was initially running on a cPanel demo license, they could not assist at first with the nameserver setup. Poo

Mochahost.com is terrbily run. I wouldn't even recommend this hosting company to my enemy. The service is poor and they will always avoid telling you the server has a problem because perhaps they are worried they will be sued with written evidence. Regar

Terrible customer support and fairly bad hosting. I've had poor reliability and absolutely shocking customer support from them. Their support guys are completely clueless, the least technically skilled personnel I have dealt with of any ISP.

Okay value, and a decent server, But there were MANY issues. They are the worst host I've ever had. Once a month they claimed our bill was unpaid, and we lost 3-7 days of time... EACH MONTH. Multiple tickets were submitted most were forwarded and ignored

finally have canceled my account on the 23rd july, they told 5 to 7 business days to have refund today is the 8th day but refund nothing.

Horrible. They Suspended my account for nothing and tried to charge me a fifteen dollar reactivation fee. Do not go with this host. This person running the server is off his meds and smoking crack rock. Find another host.

never gave me the codes to transfer domains, still waiting for the refund.
