Customer Service ROCKS!! I am in process of migrating my domain to MochaHost and setting up Sitebuilder. I fired off an email requesting assistance and litterally minutes later i receive an email response with solution i needed. MINUTES!!! very fast.

Company Response: All of your support tickets have been responded timely. If you are familiar with Linux OS the OS will try to take as much memory as possible in order to perform basic features such as page caching.

Horrible customer support, refund guaranty is misrepresented & I am having to file a fraud report with my bank to get a refund. Call the # on their website & no one answers!

Company Response: Your refund of $306 was in fact processed in full and is the exact amount as your original signup amount In addition we are not sure how you can judge our support if you have total of 6 tickets all of which are in our billing department. .

A web hosting plan was purchased and when particular questions were asked regarding the activation of specific features relevant to the plan, I was told the plan did not include such features? BBB rating: D-minus.

Company Response: We have responded to all of your inquiries including the one sent to BBB but we have never heard back from you with a resolution to your original ticket ID: UGK-228819 - the ticket is still open and there is no response from you.

I opened the account one day and closed it the day after. Five hours latter I did ot heard anything from support tickets that I submitted. The control panel is unreliable for the windows host. You need to sit and wait for support.

I transferred my domain to Mocha Host specifically for the JSP support. I not only had to submit a request to have this feature enabled [which I did in July] - it is now October and my domain is still not capable of serving JSP applications. Let the BUYE

Awful service and no refunds. Their hardware is slow & archaic. Their customer service is even worse. They don't give refunds even though their main page advertises a money back policy. Run away from this shady outfit.
