If you value your business and uptime DO NOT give these people your business. They are hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I've worked with some bad ones. AWFUL Customer Service and very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM!!

The past 4 years have been terrible. They have lost domains that were renewed, taken my sites down because they thought I was creating backups (over 5 days to get them back), and added unauthorized charges to my credit card. I switched to HostGator.

Well, truly MochaHost was best for me for about 1 year, then all of a sudden they blocked all my sites and forced me to buy VPS or leave.
They were best but not anymore for me. But I still give them 4 in everyone even though what they did.

Really need to think to take other services from them.
