I paid for a package 6 days ago and i have not yet received it. their ticket system simply does not work as tickets are left unanswered for days. their live support points you to their ticket service. Now I have no option but to cancel this service.

Company Response: You actually have never paid for your package that's why your account has not been activated. Not sure why would we want to provide you with a hosting if you have not paid for one.

Kavius

Had two domains hosted, had difficulty with one (blocked my IP). Decided to terminate the one problematic domain and had both domains removed. Support tickets take *long* time to get response to let alone resolution. Did receive full refund as stated.


Company Response: Based on our system the average ticket response time was less than 2 hours. We are not sure why you have cancelled one of your accounts but your other is currently active with no open problems or tickets.
