Worst service ever provided by any host. My website is down since 3 days even after submitting the ticket i get no response since last 42 hrs.
Very careless people and the worst customer support. Please do not go with this host.

Great as long as everything is working. The problem is billing. There is no real breakdown. They keep sending me an invoice that I'd already paid. I questioned a balance of $16.55 wanting to know what it was for. No answer. Pay or we suspend service.

Live-chat support sent me to ticketed support twice despite my requests to stay with me and answer my questions. Ignored request to speak to a manager. Ignored request for phone number to speak to a live person. Took my money, though...

I signed up for MochaHost because the price seemed right. Boy was I wrong. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but in this case even though it was super cheap, I didn't even get what I paid for. I will NEVER use MochaHost for any purpose EVER.

My account was suspended due to overactivity... I have three domains all for small organizations that don't get a lot of activity. One of which is actually hosted elsewhere. Tech support continually gave me a general response to why they suspended me.

Company Response: Dear Jonathan, As per the ticket history, your account was suspended for excessive server overload caused by a cron job. After the cron job was removed, your account was unsuspended.

I use some Windows hosting, basic and virtual servers.

Since the begin, 20 months ago, the technical support has allways been perfect !

This problem was on the host's end and it was diagnosed in a day and corrected immediately. The rep apologized twice which is refreshing because many businesses don't like to admit mistakes. Difficulties in the past have always been eventually resolved.
