They've several stages of technical support. I'm a website developer and every time I face on problems I open the tickets, but such problem only can be solved by senior supporter, normally is a few days later. But that's ok, unless it can be solve. =D

I really appreciate the helpfulness of Mochahost tech support while having some trouble with Magento installation.
Support has answered to my posts very fast and the whole issue didn't last more than what was presumable.

This company is horrible. I only went with them because of how cheap the service was, but you get what you pay for. I cancelled a VPS with them on 2/22/2010, a week after purchasing it, was told I would have a refund in 1-2 weeks.It's now been 6! no money

The technical support is awesome. The soho plan does not support dynamic sites with joomla or other GNU licensed applications. Only static HTML pages supported. Hence no value for money.

This host is a Scam and a Fraud.. And a group of ex customers have filed complaints with all federal and state consumer protection agenices. They will evenually pull a bait and switch scam on the customer. STAY AWAY! Contact mochafraud@yahoo.com

My experience with them has been horrible. I have registered to this hosting company primarily because of the good reviews and price. Technical support is owefull, slow and arrogant. Plesk does not have options displayed in the demo version. Complete 0

Signed for a two year business plan which included free domain registration for two years. After the first year, the domain stopped working. They wanted $100-200 to "re-activeate". Not reponsive to emails.
