I spent a lot of time looking for a good web-host and finally I found MochaHost. I'm using the Business Plan and it covers exactly what I need. Also, the MochaHost support are great and fast. Every time I have needed them, they gave me special attention.

Mocha is a cheapest.. hosting site they have a lot of discount 20% ~ 50% now im a current costumer. i have Linux business plan for 1 year deal.!! in the future i plan to extend my hosting for 3 years..So keep up the work guy's..!!

Paid MochaHost for hosting of my site, they did migrated their servers, sent an email saying:¨The account transfer is completely automated & no action is required on my end¨. Now, my site is wiped out completely & they say sorry, but can do nothing. Bad

Customer care does not understands customer query and replies superfluously. Cust. care needs to understand what is the actual issue and then reply point wise to the queries.
I have a very bad experience related to domain renewal charges recently.

I purchased VPS Hosting from MochaHost.three weeks ago. I still can not connect my domain to hosting. Their tech support via live chat gives useless advises. Horrible hosting.

Mochahost CHEAT with the users. After TWO years of the good relationships, they DELETE my account and my websites . There was no 'warning emails' or so. After a long conversation with the customer support TWO WEEKs they told I paid too late.

I'm glad that I chose Mochahost for my minecraft server. Cheap but still stable and we have been experiencing gaming without lag. But the greatest thing is the amazing customer service! I live in Norway and it takes them under a day to answer my mails!!!

I purchased VPS Hosting from MochaHost. after 5 days they did not setup my VPS Account.
their Chat System always says your server setup in progress.
but they don't say expected delivery time.
