Reliability, speed, and uptime are average for the price. Support is competent, if sometimes slow. Big complaint: communication. During a recent long outage many emails were ignored or got replies with no useful info & no status updates were given.

2 years ago Mochahost was great: excellent uptime, great customer service, problems quick solved.
Now: slow servers, simple php pages always on error and, worst of all, no care at all for customer satisfaction.

Never ever try Mochahost, one of the worst service provider in the world. They will suspend your account any time giving no reason, and will ask you to upgrade to expensive plans. My business website was down for 6 days, with no access to my account!

Dear Users, I used mocha host service and found it good and cheap one. They always help lively as well as on emails. Technical and billing issues are resolved as per their mentioned time frame. Y u r saying its a scam site.
