Mochahost prices are cheap but there is a reason which Mochahost will wrongfully force you to upgrade, after your payment settles (after 60 days), by suspending your account. elawcase@gmail.com

I recently signed up with them and found out that their techical support team does not know what they are doing. Billing department worst then their technical support. Their sign up procedure confusing. Was charded more money and did not get refund.

As you have agreed in the correspondence with our billing team, you have made a mistake by ordering two hosting plans instead of a domain transfer. As outlined in our T&Cs, you were not entitled to receive a refund outside of the hosting fees.

The server hasn't been working for several days.... I think better to avoid this though it is cheap. Frankly, support is Nil.

Good price for the service.
Technical support is good but a little slow to responce.
I'm in Greece and the only problem was that sometimes the server was fully unaccesible from some Greek ISPs.

Mochahost must be the WORSE provider of all. No support. Takes servers off for 1 month at a time. deletes customer data. TERRIBLE :( Even threatens customers when they wish to leave!

This is the worst service i hav ever seen. Always the VPS goes down and you hav to restart it all the time. This is one worst service you should not experience. I lost my name in the market by taking this server. Finally mocha is the worst service providr

They don't have a reliable technical support. I've purchased a dedicated server. Setting up shows their ignorance and their 2level supports are all sucks. It had been 2 days now and still my server is down. BBB complain would be filled.

I didn't know tech support could be this bad. VPS Server crashing frequently but only support option is email (hours and hours with no response to an URGENT ticket) and Live Chat says they can't help at all - only Sales, not Support. ??? Stay away!
