Hi: I have been customer with Mochahost since one year ago and I am very pleased with the service and JAVA platform. Even I started with a shared JVM plan, it works very well. The user interfaces for site administration are amazing. :) :)

MochaHost's SOHO Windows hosting plan is a low cost hosting plan with lots of flexibility. It allows you to let your site grow, it has very high uptime figures, allows you to use several types of databases. Support is also great !

My experience with Mochahost services is excellent because the hosting plan is very complete, they has given me opportune technical support by email, and they care for the customer. Also they don´t charge a lot of money when it is time to renew.

You people need to solve the customer issue as soon as possible, Your live chat technical support team must be able to solve customer issue by themselfs, one thing more you have to know what actually customer is asking for, which mostly you dont understan

Very good and responsive technical support. Their hosting and vps are cheaper compared to others. But my problem is reliability and uptime. I had numbers of downtime.

I warn you before you ever sign up with them.. Im still with this company and I am regretting why I ever signed up with this worst hosting company of all!! Their Plesk panel get a lot of errors and their technical support are incompetent to fix them
